Catalogue D lists the height of this model as 31 inches, but this appears to be a typo since the armchair version of it is 36 inches. The two were photographed next to one another and no five-inch height differential is evident. The difference between this model and the related chair (no. 306) appears to be in the seat height from the floor, listed here as 14 inches (which seems quite low). Chair (no. 306) lists the seat height as 18 inches.
